The BBG Chapter 5 "Exploring Topics and Creating A Research Proposal helped me immensely to write my research proposal for Project 2. From formatting to the outline on page 292 it allowed me to have an organized example of how to get my own research proposal to a final product. The beginning of the chapter helped me to develop and specific research question that was not broad and it was able to guide my research. It also helped me narrow down what I wanted my research to be about because I could not decide at first, the sample outlined showed me it was important for the research to be about something I am connected to and that is how I came up with my topic of Dance Marathon and how my sority supports and impacts Team Caden.
